Thermoplast Sticker Weatherstrip 6m Transparent Draught Excluders & Seals

The thermoplastic seal from fix-o-moll is self-adhesive, extremely flexible, and has a high resilience. The seal is weather-, UV-, and ozone-resistant. This thermoplastic hollow profile window/door seal saves on heating costs and blocks out cold, heat, drafts, noise, insects, and dust, and is suitable for gaps from 1 mm to 7 mm. Thanks to its transparent material, the seal is ideal for all frame colors on windows and doors.

The thermoplastic sealing material, also used in PC and mobile phone keyboards, is extremely flexible and durable. Its high resilience allows windows and doors to be opened and closed more than 100,000 times. Another important quality feature for the end user is its exceptionally long lifespan of 15 years.

The thermoplastic seal offers all the advantages of a silicone seal, however, unlike the silicone seal, the raw material is 100% recyclable.

Thermoplastic seal Installation instructions

After cleaning the window or door frame, the thermoplastic seal is simply cut to size with scissors and/or a utility knife (both available under the Accessories tab) and glued into the frame rebate. Installation is quick, clean, and easy.
