How to Use

Cold Application:

1. Place the pad in the refrigerator (not freezer) for approximately 30 minutes.

2. Apply to the desired area for approximately 5–10 minutes.

3. Check the temperature before use.

Warm Application:

1. Heat in the microwave for a maximum of 10 seconds at 800 W.

2. Do not use the grill function.

3. Check the temperature before applying. Allow to cool if necessary.

4. If additional warming is required, repeat the heating process only once.
