This 28cm diameter stainless steel frying pan conducts heat well and is ideal for quick, high-temperature frying.
The encapsulated sandwich base saves energy thanks to a uniform and rapid distribution of heat.
The 28cm diameter frying pan has a textured base for lighter frying and features a glass lid with a steam vent.
With ILAG® Professional S: an innovative 3-layer system with a ceramic primer and a unique polymer matrix in the top layer for improved and excellent non-stick properties.
The pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction.
Can also be used in the oven up to 250°C without the glass lid and up to 180°C with the glass lid.
